OUR STORIES
The stories below describe some of the conditions we encounter with in-patients. One of the most difficult is osteo myelitis - a bone disease often requiring lengthy treatment and rehabilitation after removal of diseased bone. Most conditions we encounter could have been prevented or alleviated by earlier intervention, hence the importance of community work. There is also extensive out patient work, including many cerebral palsy cases, where Acheru is seeing some remarkable results.
